• We send it to Pan India to ensure that our products reach every corner of the country.
• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

• Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and the value of your order.
• The final shipping fee will be displayed at the register before you complete your purchase.

3. Order processing time

• We strive to edit all orders within 1-2 business days (no weekends or holidays). 
• Processing may take a little longer during peak hours or advertising events.

4. Estimated delivery time

• As soon as your order is processed, the estimated delivery time will be 8-10 business days.
• Delivery times will vary depending on location, efficiency of courier services, and unexpected circumstances such as weather conditions and logistical issues.

7. Address and delivery issues

• Make sure you specify accurate shipping details at the register.
• If the package is not delivered because the address details are correct, we will try to contact you for correction. 
• Additional shipping charges can be applied to repeat delivery.

8. Lost or damaged programs

• If you have a rare chance of a lost or damaged program, please contact care@beolo.in immediately.
• We will work with courier service to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
