Return & Refund Policy

At Beolo, we want you to love what you wear! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return and refund process as easy as possible. Please take a moment to go through our policy below.
1. Return Policy
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns are not applicable on innerwear, accessories, or customized items due to hygiene and personalization concerns.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange a hassle-free Return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, email us at care@beolo.in with your order details and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup.
3. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.).
- If you opted for Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed as store credit or bank transfer (as per your preference).
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchange Policy
- Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for eligible products.
- The exchange request must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
- If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.
5. Important Notes
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Refunds may take time to reflect in your bank account depending on your payment provider.
- Beolo reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
